
Retail Repair is a unique service concept that naturally extends Retail Support’s other activities and its collaboration with leading suppliers and retail chains, ensuring quick and efficient handling of defective goods and customer returns. We provide both a hotline and centralized servicing, repair, and refurbishment of products, with close follow‑up and reporting directly to end users and stores. As soon as a case is created, the customer receives a link to track its status, so there is no need to contact the retailer or service center proactively. Products that cannot be repaired are dismantled so that functional parts can be reused and any waste is disposed of in an environmentally responsible way. The concept supports the EU’s “Right to Repair” directive and fully aligns with consumers’ expectations for long product lifetimes, reuse, and minimal environmental impact. We therefore also sell common spare parts, refurbished products, and accessories.
